Jim Handoush has more than 30 years of experience in transportation, logistics and technology. Currently, Jim is the president and CEO of dexFreight where he has applied his broad transportation and technology expertise to accelerate the adoption of blockchain solutions into transportation, to improve productivity while increasing revenue / profitability

Handoush’s experience includes executive leadership at a leading third-party logistics and transportation company. Previously, He served as the President of Landstar Global Logistics, growing it into a billion-dollar company. He was also co-Chief Operating Officer at Landstar System, Inc., a worldwide, asset-light provider of integrated transportation management solutions, managing over 1,500 employees, now with over 4.0 billion dollars in revenue.Recently, Handoush held the role of Executive Vice President of Transportation and Logistics Solutions at Optym, a company that provides optimization solutions to transportation companies. He co-Founded Axele while at Optym, a leading-edge TMS for carriers that brings in real-world optimization at his core.

Handoush received an accounting degree from San Jose State University and is an alumnus of the 500 Startups Global Accelerator Program which identifies and backs the world’s most talented entrepreneurs, help them create successful companies at scale, and build thriving global ecosystems.
