Donna Lemm is the Chief Commercial Officer of National Sales for IMC Companies, the largest marine drayage provider in the United States. She is responsible for directing the company’s national sales footprint serving every major port and rail operation in the United States with IMC Companies intermodal drayage capacity, equipment management, inland terminal operations and tailored supply chain solutions.
Lemm serves on the advisory board of the Agriculture Transportation Coalition and served as the Chair of the Agriculture Transportation Coalition (AgTC )Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). She has testified before both the US House and US Senate representing AgTC. She is an active speaker on both a regional and national scale in addressing the challenges facing the U.S. shipping and intermodal community. Lemm is also proud to serve as an industry leader and participant in the Federal Maritime Commissions Innovation Supply Chain team initiatives.
Lemm serves as a founding advisory board member for Empowering a Billion Women (EBW) Worldwide with a focus of empowering a billion women across the globe in leadership readiness and economic preparedness.
